Savannah Walker

As a native of Charleston, Savannah grew up in a family of musicians with deep roots in the community. She took piano, guitar, and often sang the National Anthem at civic events. Having spent a childhood in Mount Pleasant and later on the Charleston Peninsula, Savannah is informed with a keen understanding of the geography and a unique perspective on the market, allowing her to expertly serve clients across the Lowcountry. 

Savannah graduated from the University of South Carolina with an educational focus on Entertainment Management and Business Administration.  She spent many years working with record labels and venues at a high-level capacity. This experience has translated into her real estate career, allowing her to manage all processes and parties to her clients’ transactions from beginning to end.

Savannah has also had the opportunity to collaborate with several teams, which enabled her to develop all the best practices for navigating even the toughest contracts, in a smooth and stress free way. She effectively leverages technology and takes a modern approach to marketing, negotiating and property selection. Savannah’s passion for turning clients into friends is evident from the moment you meet her. 

In her free time, Savannah can be found practicing Krav Maga, enjoying Charleston’s latest and greatest restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
