Laura Farish has been a Charleston area resident since 1982. During those 31 years, Laura has lived in Charleston, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant and Beaufort. Once Laura arrived in Charleston from Dallas, Texas, she immediately fell in love with the architecture and natural beauty of the Lowcountry and made it her home. While she was with Delta Airlines, Laura benefitted from seeing the best cities in the world, and Charleston tops them all.

Laura initially became engaged in the Charleston real estate market by purchasing and renovating homes and dealing with the intricacies of development, landscaping, mortgage financing, decorating, and what it takes to make a home attractive to home buyers. She has turned that love into a career in real estate where she can capitalize on her lifelong experiences of networking the area, and her diverse group of friends and associates in many professional fields. She comes to Maison from another top real estate firm in Charleston.

Laura is very active in her community and the Charleston area. She volunteers for the American Cancer Society, Porter Gaud School, and Grace Episcopal Church. Her networking skills have proven to be effective in obtaining clients and finding jewels for the market. She has the knowledge needed to make your purchase in Charleston the perfect home for your family; she knows the schools, the restaurants, the neighborhoods. She is very well versed, not only in Charleston, but also the outer areas including Mt. Pleasant, Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.

Laura can be seen running the Ravenel Bridge weekly, and also loves boating and kayaking while enjoying the beauty of the rivers and the harbor or taking advantage of the great fishing and shrimping. She and her husband Steve make their home in Mt. Pleasant with her two teenage sons. Laura brings experience and depth to the Maison team.
